HARVEST TIME: Third week of August

MODE OF WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting of grapes in boxes. Soft pressing of the grapes. Cold static decantation. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

MATURATION: 4 months in stainless steel tanks

AGING: 1-2 months in bottle

PERFUME: floral and fruity

TASTE: Fresh and lively, with good flavor and long persistence.
