ALTITUDE: 180 mt asl

EXPOSURE: Southeast

SOIL COMPOSITION: Medium Dough

GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot

HARVEST TIME: Between the first and second week of September

MODE OF WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting of grapes in boxes. Disparing and soft crushing of grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled (28°C) stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barriques.

MATURATION: In new and second-passage French oak barrels for a long time

AGING: minimum 6 months in bottle
